UI/UX Designer – US Campaign

Position: UI/UX Designer – US Campaign

Red Feather Tech is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly, and visually stunning digital experiences for our US-based campaigns. If you are passionate about creating designs that blend creativity with usability — and you’re an expert in Figma — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype web and mobile interfaces using Figma (required)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions
• Conduct user research and translate findings into intuitive designs
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines across all projects
• Provide design handoffs and assets for development teams

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects for web and/or mobile apps
• Experience with design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think from the user’s perspective
• Knowledge of prototyping tools, usability testing, and interaction design principles
• Ability to work on-site from 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Design, Media Arts, Computer Science, or related field)
• 1+ year of UI/UX design experience preferred (fresh graduates with excellent portfolios are encouraged to apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
