UI/UX Designer (Web & Mobile)

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team onsite. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for both Web and Mobile Applications. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• High-Fidelity Mockups: Design pixel-perfect high-fidelity mockups for both desktop and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
• Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable Design System (typography, color palettes, components) to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• UX Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Web and Mobile design (Must include examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final UI).
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma (Preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
• Problem Solver: Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with micro-interactions and animations (Protopie, After Effects).
• Knowledge of Material Design (Android) and Human Interface Guidelines (iOS).
