Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of proven experience and strong graphic design expertise to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex problems into simple, elegant, and engaging digital experiences, while also bringing strong visual storytelling through design.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-centered design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive interfaces that align with ADABRA’s vision of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Produce graphic design assets (icons, visuals, marketing materials, branding elements) that align with ADABRA’s identity.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX process and visual design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Graphic design expertise, with the ability to create visually appealing assets for both digital and marketing purposes.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing SaaS products and enterprise platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end principles for effective collaboration with developers.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
