UI/UX Developer

We’re looking for a thoughtful UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of practical experience to join our product/design team. You’ll design clear, usable, and beautiful interfaces for web and mobile, translate user needs into product features, and work closely with product managers and engineers to ship delightful experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Craft end-to-end user experiences: user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual UI.
• Conduct or support user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and translate insights into design decisions.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes (mobile + responsive web) using Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
• Maintain and contribute to a design system (components, tokens, documentation).
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and QA findings.
• Ensure accessibility, performance-minded UI, and cross-device consistency.
• Prepare assets and specifications for engineering; validate implementations.

Must-have skills & experience

• 1–2 years working in a UI/UX design role (product startups, SaaS, consumer apps, agency work).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, user-centered thinking, and shipped work (include mobile + web examples).
• Proficiency in one or more modern design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, Adobe XD acceptable).
• Experience building interactive prototypes (Figma prototypes, InVision, Framer, etc.).
• Good visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, iconography.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive layout principles to collaborate with devs.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing (even at small scale).
• Clear communication skills and ability to present design decisions.
