Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product design.
• Ensure consistency in design language and maintain design systems.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Frontend Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics/animations (Lottie, After Effects).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
