UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing engaging, responsive websites that align with our brand and business goals. This role involves both UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design, from wireframes and prototypes to final visual designs using tools like Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Apply best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and usability.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design work, especially projects created with Figma or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in design software: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts (a plus, not mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Shopify, WordPress, Magento
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (e.g., using Framer or Principle).
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization from a design standpoint.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,631.39 - ₹28,568.63 per month
