UI/UX Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer to lead the design and user experience strategy across multiple products. This role involves both maintaining and improving existing applications and driving the design direction for new initiatives, including a next-generation ERP system.
You will collaborate closely with our .NET and Vue.js development team, ensuring a seamless bridge between design and implementation. The ideal candidate is both a creative problem-solver and a strategic thinker who can deliver elegant, functional, and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process across multiple projects, from concept to delivery.
• Redesign and enhance existing applications, improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Design and prototype intuitive, user-centered interfaces in Figma, including design systems, reusable components, and responsive layouts.
• Collaborate with .NET and Vue.js developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Conduct and analyze user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and design leadership to junior designers and contribute to growing the company’s design culture.
• Partner with stakeholders and product managers to translate business goals into high-impact design strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our product experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience leading design initiatives for web-based or enterprise applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, components, prototyping, and design systems).
• Strong understanding of frontend development principles and experience working closely with .NET and Vue.js teams.
• Proven ability to design complex workflows and dashboards, particularly for ERP or data-heavy systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and measurable impact on user experience.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, modern, and functional design.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing ERP or enterprise-level SaaS systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of Vue.js component structure or .NET front-end integration
