We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating engaging user experiences, and implementing responsive front-end designs within WordPress environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into responsive, functional WordPress websites.
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Optimize website performance and loading speed using best practices.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual integrity across all digital products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Expertise in WordPress theme customization, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg), and plugin management.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
• Strong eye for design aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic understanding of PHP and WordPress API.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub).
• Experience with e-commerce (WooCommerce) sites.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹175,380.97 - ₹664,946.76 per year
