UI/UX Developer ( Senior Consultant)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer who has minimum 5 years of experience to lead the design and development of user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate will understand user needs, create intuitive interfaces, design wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, and collaborate with development teams to deliver visually appealing and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis.

2. Understand user needs and propose UX solutions aligned with business goals.

3.Define site structure, navigation flow, and user journey maps.

4.Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure).

5. Build sitemaps, process flows, and design documentation.

6. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

7. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and functionality.

8. Maintain design specifications and ensure consistent user experience across platforms.

Required Qualifications:

1. B.E./B.Tech/BCA/BFA/B.Arch/B.Design/PG Diploma in Computer Science or related fields (First Division / 60% Aggregate).

2. Relevant certification in UI/UX Designing.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites, web apps, system projects, or mobile applications.

4. Strong knowledge of information architecture, wireframe design, and interaction design.

Required Skills:

1.Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms.

2.Proficiency in design & prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, InVision.

3.Experience in user research, persona creation, user flows, usability testing, and design iteration.

4.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for effective developer collaboration.

5. Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
