About the Role

We are seeking experienced UI / UX Engineers to join our team in developing fintech-grade applications. This role goes beyond standard UI responsibilities — it requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for designing seamless user experiences in data-intensive environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create interfaces that balance high data density, usability, and precision, helping users make confident decisions in complex financial contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for fintech and data-driven applications.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure visual precision and functional accuracy.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to refine and validate designs.

• Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, clear, and actionable visual experiences.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure faithful design implementation and maintain design systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI / UX Engineer or Product Designer in data-rich environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating precision, usability, and clarity in high data density designs.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

• Experience in fintech, data visualization, or complex web applications is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end implementation or design systems (React, CSS, etc.)

• Experience designing dashboards, data analytics tools, or financial platforms

• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices
