UI/UX & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design seamless, visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, while also supporting the team with graphic design needs. This role demands a strong understanding of modern design principles, user-centered design, and exceptional creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications with a focus on excellent user experience (UX).

● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs that align with product goals.

● Design consistent, high-quality graphics for digital platforms, marketing, and branding materials.

● Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

● Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.

● Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user behavior.

● Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the design process.

● Manage multiple design projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

● 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.

● Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

● Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

● Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

● Basic understanding of frontend development concepts for better developer collaboration.

● Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant user experiences.

● Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of color, typography, layout, and branding.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

● Experience designing for SaaS products.

● Familiarity with design systems like Material Design.

● Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

● Exposure to basic HTML/CSS to understand developer constraints.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
