UI/UX & Graphic Designer

• Incorporating customer feedback and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive, user-centric design solutions for our clients.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Adhere to our branding guidelines across digital products and marketing materials.
• Design and deliver visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create intuitive UI elements, layouts, and interactive experiences that enhance user engagement.
• Develop graphics and visual assets for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to transform ideas into effective visual designs.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Assist in crafting user flows, journey maps, and interactive elements that enhance UX.
• Design presentations, reports, and digital collateral to support internal and external communication.
• Stay current with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines consistently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,361.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
