UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, visual aesthetics, and branding. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences, engaging user interfaces, and high-quality graphic assets across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
• Conduct basic user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Design graphics, banners, icons, illustrations, social media creatives, and marketing materials
• Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, and design standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Knowledge of responsive design and design systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with motion graphics or animations
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
