Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to design engaging digital learning experiences and produce compelling visual and video content. The ideal candidate will work across product design, branding, and educational media to enhance learner engagement and brand identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

• Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile learning platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
• Collaborate with product managers and developers for smooth implementation

Graphic Design

• Design marketing creatives for websites, apps, LMS, social media, ads, presentations, and email campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets
• Create illustrations, icons, banners, infographics, and course visuals

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit educational videos, tutorials, explainers, reels, and promotional videos
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects
• Optimize videos for LMS platforms, YouTube, and social media
• Manage video assets, timelines, and revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphic design, and video editing work
• Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD (UI/UX design)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (graphic design)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools (video editing)
• Understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
