UI/UX - Graphic Designer (Onsite – Night Shift)

Job Description
We are seeking experienced UI/UX Designers with strong expertise in web design and UI/UX to join our team on a night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM, mandatory). The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Design, CS, or related field) and have at least 1 year of proven experience in digital design. Applications without a degree will not be considered.

As a designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning, user-centered designs across websites, web applications, and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences that balance creativity, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design modern, responsive websites and dashboards with a strong focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Work on branding, typography, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and conversion.
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging tools.
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user testing when required.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional UI/UX and web design experience.
• Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layouts.
• Portfolio showcasing real-world web/UI projects.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver under deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics & animations (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic front-end (HTML/CSS) to support handoff to developers.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience designing for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or Wix platforms.
• Understanding of conversion-focused landing page design.

Deal Breaker:

• This is an on-site position only (remote work is not allowed).
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, and conversion-focused layouts.
