Role: UI/UX Product DesignerKey Responsibilities1. Product & UI/UX Design (Primary Responsibility)

• Design and maintain high-quality UI for Wilyer’s SaaS Digital Signage product.
• Create modern, scalable, intuitive interfaces aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs to improve UX.

2. Rapid Prototyping

• Use Figma, Figma Make, and Google AI Studio for interactive prototypes.
• Deliver functional prototypes that clearly communicate user journeys and feature logic.
• Utilize AI-based tools to speed up layout exploration and design accuracy.

3. Product Logic & Feature Development

• Work closely with tech teams to understand software workflows, technical constraints, and feature dependencies.
• Translate complex software architecture into smooth user flows and clean UI patterns.
• Participate in ideation, problem-solving, and product roadmap discussions.

4. Design Systems & Brand Consistency

• Build and maintain a centralized Figma design system.
• Maintain UX and visual consistency across web, mobile, and in-app platforms.
• Ensure brand identity is reflected across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components).
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, enterprise tools, or B2B products.
• Knowledge of UX principles, IA, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Logical thinking and ability to align design with technical architecture.
• Strong collaboration with developers and product teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma Make, Google AI Studio.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, analytics dashboards, or workflow systems.
• Familiarity with basic front-end constraints.

Experience & Education

• 2 – 3+ years experience in UI/UX (SaaS experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Work Information

• Location: Sector 14, Gurgaon – In-office
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Extras: Occasional client demos & product showcase participation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
