UI/UX Product Designer + Framer Developer

Job: Full-time On-site UI/UX Product Designer + Framer Developer

Location: Gurgaon HO - Sector 14

Company Overview: Wilyer.com is a Digital Signage Software Company specialized in building and providing software which can be used in management of large numbers of screens deployed in commercial locations like Airports, Restaurants, Metro Stations and Hospitals.

1. Product & UI/UX Design (Most Required):

• Design and maintain high-quality SaaS product interfaces for Wilyer’s Digital Signage Software and supporting tools.
• Create modern, intuitive, and scalable UI/UX designs that align with product goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct UX research, user testing, and iteration to improve usability and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

2. Website Design & Development (Must Know: Framer):

• Develop and maintain modern, conversion-optimized websites using Framer, ensuring best practices in UX and responsive design.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to keep the Wilyer website and landing pages visually consistent with brand identity.
• Implement interactive elements, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance engagement and user flow.

3. Rapid Prototyping & Interactive Design:

• Utilize Figma, Figma Make, and Google AI Studio for rapid prototyping and interactive design development.
• Deliver functional prototypes to communicate design intent and user flows effectively to stakeholders and developers.
• Experiment with AI-driven design enhancements and automated layout systems to optimize efficiency and quality.

4. Product Understanding & Feature Development:

• Work closely with the product and tech teams to understand software logic, feature dependencies, and technical constraints.
• Translate complex software concepts into intuitive design systems and user journeys.
• Contribute to feature ideation, product improvement discussions, and roadmap planning with a design-first mindset.

5. Design System & Brand Consistency:

• Develop and maintain a centralized design system in Figma for all digital assets.
• Ensure visual and UX consistency across web, mobile, and in-app platforms.
• Uphold Wilyer’s brand identity through thoughtful, scalable, and modern design language.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer with strong skills in Figma and Framer.
• Solid understanding of SaaS product design, user flows, and interactive system design.
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools like Figma Make and Google AI Studio.
• Strong logical and analytical reasoning to align design with technical architecture.
• Knowledge of modern UX practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user empathy.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2.5-3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and digital product design (SaaS experience preferred).

Work Information:

• Work Location: Sector 14, Gurgaon – Onsite/In-Office
• Work Days: Monday – Friday
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Additional: Occasional client demos and participation in Wilyer product showcases and exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
