UI/UX Web Designer & Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital interfaces. You will be responsible for translating ideas and requirements into engaging layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance user experience and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, responsive website layouts and UI components
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Understand user needs and apply UI/UX best practices
• Work with marketing & product teams on branding and visual consistency
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI or web design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in SaaS or software product environments
• Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools
• Portfolio showcasing UI and web design work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
