About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/Visual Designer who can craft polished, scalable interfaces for modern web and mobile products. You will work closely with UX, branding, content, and development teams to deliver visually strong, component-driven designs that elevate user experience and reflect our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, scalable UI for web and mobile applications.
• Build component-driven layouts using design systems and consistent UI patterns.
• Apply strong visual/graphic design fundamentals: typography, spacing, grids, hierarchy, composition.
• Collaborate with UX, content, branding, and engineering teams for smooth handoffs.
• Create simple micro-interaction references / motion explorations (low-fidelity acceptable).
• Translate brand identity into impactful, functional digital interfaces.
• Deliver organized and production-ready design files with speed, clarity, and ownership.
• Participate in reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UI or Visual Design (agency or product environment).
• Strong design skills with mastery in Figma.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles: color, contrast, grids, typography, composition.
• Basic knowledge of motion design (timing, easing, transitions, micro-interactions).
• Ability to think visually and communicate concepts clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing clean UI, visual craft, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
• Team-first attitude with high ownership and accountability.

Good to Have

• Experience translating brand identity into digital UI.
• Understanding of UX flows, information hierarchy, user journeys.
• Exposure to prototyping or motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Rive) — not mandatory.
