UK Payroll Coordinator-Mumbai

· Responsibility for disbursement of salary for offshore seafarers

· Resolving payroll queries with relevant stakeholders as and when required.

· Process all new starters and leavers, including off signers within the payroll system, ensuring accurate data is recorded.

· Responsibility for collating payroll reports, forecasting and advising of any regulatory changes to management.

· Responsibility for ensuring compliance with payroll processes and procedures, highlighting any non-conformities

· Co-ordinating with the Other Team as and when required

· Preparing full and Final settlements of the off-signers

· Being Proactive & coming up with the new ideas, resolutions & improvements whenever required
