UK Property Investment Consultant
Salary: 10,000-12,000 AED basic salary

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries from global investors through calls, campaigns, and digital channels
- Proactively generate new business via outbound calls, follow ups and existing investor networks
- Build and nurture long term relationships by understanding investor needs
- Present opportunities professionally and handle objections with a consultative approach
- Work towards and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage your time effectively to maximise daily activity
- Attend events and client meetings across the region when required
- Collaborate with IFAs, partner agents and affiliates to grow your network
- Support clients through the entire sales process through to exchange and completion
- Communicate pipeline and forecasts with your manager regularly
- Represent the business with professionalism in all interactions

- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- A motivated, target driven salesperson with a proven track record
- Confident on the phone and in face to face meetings
- Someone who wants a long term career, not a quick win
- Professional, well presented and able to build rapport quickly
- Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office
- Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback
- Able to manage your time effectively in a fast paced environment
