Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG / UTM) Technican

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage survey operations, steel estimation, and technical reporting. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge in UTM-based classification, steel estimation, and class & cap surveys, and the ability to coordinate teams to deliver accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all classification reports based on UTM data
• Perform steel estimation for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
• Conduct and supervise Class & Cap surveys
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed technical reports
• Ensure all survey and estimation work meets project specifications and regulatory requirements

Team Lead Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the survey and estimation team
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Review team outputs for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site or office-based issues

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
• Proven experience in UTM classification reports, steel estimation, and class & cap surveys
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in relevant survey and estimation software
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination abilities
