Position Overview

Are you passionate about delivering excellent care and service while helping families connect with and understand their health? We are seeking a smiling, energetic, and compassionate Ultrasound Technician who can provide both elective and diagnostic ultrasound services.

The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in both the client-facing spa environment and the clinical diagnostic setting. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Greet and escort clients to the ultrasound room, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Perform high-quality elective ultrasounds (confirmation, gender determination, 2D/3D/4D/HD imaging) and diagnostic OB/GYN exams according to established protocols.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture images, video, heartbeat recordings, and diagnostic scans for provider review.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to provide reassurance and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Upload exams for radiology review and ensure timely delivery of reports to referring providers.
• Manage payments, appointment reminders, and client inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Support social media content creation by capturing in-office moments (as permitted).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment—including infection control, supply management, and basic cleaning tasks.
• Protect confidentiality of all client and business information at all times.

Qualifications

• ARDMS Registered in OB/GYN (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience (OB/GYN preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or healthcare) preferred.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a new and growing practice.

We are looking for a smiling, energetic, and positive Ultrasound Technician with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to an outstanding team atmosphere.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Greet and escort customers to the ultrasound room, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Perform high-quality pregnancy ultrasounds, including early pregnancy, gender determination, and 2D/3D/4D/HD ultrasound imaging for expectant mothers (8–40 weeks).
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture and share images, videos, heartbeat recordings, and other keepsakes with clients (training provided).
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Process payment transactions and manage appointment reminders (via call, text, and email).
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and promptness.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment, including light cleaning tasks.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to capturing and creating content for social media accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and business information.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background, preferably with experience in retail or the service industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a new and evolving environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• ARDMS OBGYN licensure Required
