Umrah Sales Agent – Travel Agency / Customer Service

We are an IATA-approved travel agency based in Lahore and are currently hiring Travel Consultants for a full-time onsite position.

Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for Hajj, Umrah, and travel inquiries
• Provide complete package details and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Assist customers with ticketing, amendments, and travel documentation
• Follow up with clients to achieve sales and revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred (travel industry preferred)
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Google Maps
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Emails
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and booking software is a plus
