Umrah Sales Representative (Female)

An Umrah Sales Representative is responsible for guiding clients through the booking process, tailoring travel itineraries, and converting pilgrimage inquiries into confirmed sales. They match customers with the best packages while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Skills and Requirements

• Education & Experience: Typically a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Most employers require at least 1–2 years of experience in travel, customer service, or Umrah sales.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. (English fluency is highly valued, particularly if dealing with international markets like the UK or US).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with holy site locations, hotel categories, and local transportation in Makkah and Madinah.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems, ticketing software, and basic MS Office tools.
• Cultural Competence: A strong understanding of Umrah rituals and requirements. Previous personal experience performing Umrah is often a significant asset.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
