Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Umrah inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Guide customers regarding packages, hotels, flights, and transportation
• Create customised Umrah quotations
• Assist clients with visa documentation and requirements
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Provide professional customer service from inquiry to booking
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience in Umrah or Travel Consultancy preferred
• Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Ability to deal with customers confidently and politely
• Understanding of Umrah process, hotels, and airline searches
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Email; GDS knowledge is a plus)
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented
