Position Overview

Defender One is seeking professional Part-Time Unarmed Security Guards

Part-Time Guard, with a competitive wage and opportunities for experienced candidates to earn higher rates based on their expertise.

Requirements

• Licensing & Credentials:

Active, non-expired Maryland State Police Security Guard Card.

Evidence of security guard training as required by the Maryland State Police and Maryland Police Training Commission.

• Driving Requirements:

Active, non-expired driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations.

• Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain on feet or walk for extended periods.

Capacity to work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.

• Awareness &Conduct:

Strong situational awareness and vigilance at all times.

Strict prohibition of personal phone use while on duty.

Defender One’s high standards is essential. Familiar with mobile and foot patrol, processing tour scans, ability to write incident or daily activity reports.
