Unarmed Security Guard – Full-Time

We are currently seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards to join our team in the Encinitas/San Diego area.

Pay Rate:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:
Morning Shift
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Full-Time

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card
• OC Spray Permit required
• CPR Certification required
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to complete detailed and accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to patrol for extended periods
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, well-groomed, and well-mannered

Job Duties:

• Conduct routine patrols of the assigned property
• Maintain a strong and visible security presence
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
• Ensure overall safety and security of the site
