Unarmed Security Guard-LAX

Job Summary:
We are seeking vigilant and professional Unarmed Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of post locations at LAX. The ideal candidates will be responsible for de-escalating and accessing control of high-risk situations. Remain calm under pressure, demonstrating strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Candidates must have flexible availability to better assist with airport operation needs. Additionally, a valid Driver's License and active Guard Card are required, along with fluency in English, to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency. Aviation experience is highly preferred.

Duties:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Make necessary adjustments due to changing circumstances and solve problems as they arise.
• Control access points by verifying credentials and badges.
• Enforce airport policies to ensure compliance.
• Document incidents accurately through detailed reports for management review.
• Assist with conflict management by de-escalating tense situations professionally.
• Must be comfortable to work in a challenging environment and be operational.
• Must provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct consistent foot patrol so expect to be on your feet for 4-8 hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour
