Available Shifts
We have multiple openings across all shifts:

• Full-Time Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5 days/week)
• Part-Time Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (3 days/week)
• Full-Time Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 days/week)
• Full-Time Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (5 days/week)

Additional shifts may be available and will be discussed during the interview.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour
• Increase to $16.00/hour after 90 days (based on performance)
• Performance-based raises after probationary period
• Consistent hours: 24–40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations
• Maintain a strong security presence
• De-escalate conflicts and handle incidents professionally
• Enforce company policies and site procedures
• Write basic incident reports as needed

Qualifications

• NC Guard Card preferred (priority interviewing)
• Must be able to obtain a Guard Card (assistance provided)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
