Schedule:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Thursday – Monday (Full-Time)

Job Description:

Our Unarmed Security Officers provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong communication skills. Officers are expected to handle on-site situations calmly and effectively while maintaining a professional presence at all times.

This position requires the ability to complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and maintain awareness of surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong and professional presence
• Enforce contract standards and site policies
• Uphold company employment guidelines
• Administer site safety programs in accordance with post orders
• Monitor and report any incidents or irregular activity
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active BSIS Guard Card
• Must have proof of residency
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Must have flexible availability
• Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Must have a valid CPR certification
