Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for college students looking for consistent part-time of year round hours in a Laid back retail environment or summer jobs . The position requires strong dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain a steady work schedule, particularly during peak summer months.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Operate the register accurately and handle cash/card transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory as needed
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Schedule & Availability Requirements

• 15–30 hours per week based on availability and business needs
• Availability to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts
• Flexibility to work opening and/or closing shifts
• Consistent, dependable schedule required—especially during summer months
• This role is best suited for candidates who can commit without extended time off during peak season

Qualifications

• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay productive and engaged during both busy and slower periods
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
