WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or E – Commerce,
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce management within an international or fast-paced retail environment,
-
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing digital channels through strategic initiatives,
-
Deep understanding of e-commerce operations, merchandising, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, CRM), and analytics,
-
Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and ERP integrations (Nebim, or similar),
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities,
-
Fluency in English; experience working in a multinational organization and across time zones is an advantage,

Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization/reporting tools,

Develop and execute the end-to-end e-commerce strategy for Under Armour Turkey, aligning with global priorities and local growth opportunities,

Enhance customer experience by optimizing the online journey and ensuring a seamless omnichannel connection with retail,

Act as a key driver shaping Under Armour’s digital presence and long- term E- Commerce vision in Turkey,

Drive revenue and profitability by managing the full e-commerce P&L, including sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, and marketing ROI,

Lead commercial planning — including pricing, promotions, product launches, segmentation, and marketplace expansion,
-
Partner with Marketing, IT, Retail, Logistics teams to ensure an integrated and consistent brand experience across all channels,
-
Identify digital marketing and e-trade marketing opportunities to enhance visibility, engagement, and sales performance,
-
Analyze business performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership; propose data-driven initiatives to improve KPIs,
-
Oversee website and app merchandising to ensure optimal digital display and product storytelling aligned with brand identity,

The sales target directs the strategy regarding the use of digital marketing channels (adwords, affiliate SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.). Manages communication with collaborative relationships in the process,

Manage external agencies, platform vendors, and fulfillment partners to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with global and regional e-commerce teams to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and adherence to global standards,

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team.
