Bruin Waste Management dba Elite Recycling & Disposal seeking a dependable and safety-focused Under CDL Driver / Laborer to support daily operations in our waste and recycling division. This position combines driving responsibilities with hands-on labor and customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles that do not require a CDL.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with waste, recycling, and debris collection activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as required.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers and the public.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate route and service records.
• Assist with facility, equipment, and site cleanup as needed.
• Work effectively with supervisor and team members to complete daily assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Previous driving, labor, construction, landscaping, sanitation, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attendance record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
