Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Unica Developer / Administrator to manage, support, and enhance the Unica marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for environment setup, system administration, campaign execution support, and platform performance optimization across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Unica components along with WebSphere Application Server.
• Set up and manage data sources and connection pools in WebSphere for SQL Server databases.
• Handle environment setup and maintenance across Development, UAT, and Production.
• Apply Unica patches, fix packs, and perform product version upgrades.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance via WebSphere Admin Console.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions within Unica.
• Schedule, execute, and monitor Unica Campaign flowcharts and batch processes.
• Coordinate with DBA teams for database optimization, indexing, and query tuning.
• Ensure database connectivity and manage Unica system tables.
• Support integrations with CRM systems, Data Warehouses, ESB platforms, and Cognos reporting tools.
• Perform routine health checks, server restarts, and backup activities.
• Analyze application and server logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product support teams for ticket escalations and patch deployments.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Unica Campaign administration/development
• Expertise in WebSphere Application Server
• Strong SQL Server database knowledge
• Experience in campaign flowchart execution & monitoring
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and system support skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Cognos reporting
• CRM / Data Warehouse integrations
• Exposure to enterprise middleware or ESB platforms
