unior Aesthetician / Front Desk – Growth Opportunity

We are a growing aesthetic practice looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Aesthetician who is excited to learn, grow, and be part of a small team. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in both aesthetic treatments and medical spa operations.

Because we are a growing office, the role will include a mix of aesthetic treatments, front desk responsibilities, client consultations, and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic aesthetic services such as facials, peels, and skincare treatments
• Assist with laser treatments, IPL, and advanced procedures (training provided)
• Welcome clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and check clients in/out
• Educate clients about treatments and recommend services or packages
• Assist with treatment sales and skincare product recommendations
• Help create social media posts and marketing content
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and well cared for

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician / Esthetician (or recently licensed)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with clients and recommending treatments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Interest in laser, skincare, and aesthetic treatments
• Available to work some Saturdays
