Position: Unit Acquisition Executive

Job Purpose
The Unit Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing and onboarding new property owners (Unit Owners) to the company’s Holiday Homes portfolio. This role focuses exclusively on increasing the number of units managed by the company, ensuring proper contracts, documentation, and coordination with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential unit owners for partnership with the company.
- Present the company’s Holiday Homes management services and value proposition.
- Negotiate and secure signed management contracts with property owners.
- Collect and verify all necessary documents (ownership proof, identification, etc.).
- Coordinate with the Onboarding/Operations team to ensure the property is listed and ready for booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of all unit owners and contracts in the company system.
- Achieve monthly targets for the number of new units acquired.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the UAE property market and short-term rental regulations is a plus.
