Role Overview

We are seeking Unit Doctors (BHMS/MBBS/MD) with a strong interest in hair, skin & aesthetics to lead consultations, treatments, and patient care at our clinics. The role involves balancing medical expertise with patient counselling and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations & prescribe for new and follow-up patients.
• Counsel patients with confidence and motivate them for treatments.
• Perform/oversee hair & skin procedures with precision.
• Ensure patient retention, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Achieve clinic-level business targets (weekly/monthly).
• Maintain stock, inventory, and compliance reports.
• Train new staff and stay updated on latest treatments.

Candidate Profile

• BHMS/MBBS/MD (Dermatology/Homeopathy preferred).
• 1–5 years’ experience in patient consultation & treatment.
• Strong communication & counselling skills.
• Interest in aesthetic and trichology procedures.
• Patient-first approach with crisis-handling ability.
