What You’ll Do:
As our RN Unit Manager, you will lead and coordinate total nursing care for residents on your assigned unit while supporting and guiding your team.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments, MDS, and care plans
- Perform medication administration & treatments
- Conduct chart audits
- Manage admissions & discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with State & Federal regulations
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
- Drive quality assurance initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- MDS experience (required)
- Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
