Unit Manager LPN RN

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support nursing staff while ensuring residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, along with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families

• Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans

• Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies

• Provide hands-on nursing care and medication administration as required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Day shift schedule

Compensation

• $80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey RN License

• Previous nursing home management/supervisory experience required

• Minimum of 1–2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for resident-centered care
