Job Title: Unit Turn Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor)

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Unit Turn Cleaners to prepare rental units for new occupants. This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities.

Compensation

• Average pay: $95+ per unit
• Larger or heavily impacted units may pay up to $200 per clean
• Compensation varies based on unit size, condition, and scope of work

Payment Terms

• Net 30 payment schedule
• Contractors are paid after the property management company or property owner has paid for the completed work
• Payments are processed within 30 days of invoice approval and client payment

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough turnover cleaning of vacant residential units
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• Remove trash and debris left behind by previous occupants
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
• Complete work according to company quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (if required)
• Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor
