About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Unity Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience in building 3D applications or games. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Unity Engine, C# programming, Blender, and Adobe Photoshop. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining interactive 3D experiences while working closely with designers and artists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive 3D applications and games using Unity and C#.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams to integrate 3D models, textures, animations, and visual effects.
- Use Blender for creating and optimizing 3D assets, environments, and animations.
- Utilize Photoshop for creating and editing textures, UI elements, and 2D assets.
- Implement core game mechanics, physics interactions, and UI functionalities.
- Optimize performance for PC, mobile, and/or VR platforms.
- Debug and resolve technical issues related to gameplay, performance, and asset integration.
- Work within a version control system (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
- Stay updated with new Unity features, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of professional experience with Unity3D and C# scripting.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, scene management, and asset workflows.
- Proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, lighting, animation).
- Good knowledge of Photoshop for texture creation and image editing.
- Experience in optimizing assets and scenes for performance.
- Familiarity with lighting, shaders, and materials in Unity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with VR/AR development (Meta Quest, ARCore, or ARKit).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Basic understanding of animation systems (Mecanim, Timeline, etc.).
- Familiarity with Unity Addressables or Asset Bundles for dynamic loading.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Animation, or a related field.
(Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.)
