Universal Bank Teller

Key Responsibilities

• Process a variety of teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and payments

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with account inquiries and basic account servicing

• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking products and services when applicable

• Ensure accuracy in all transactions while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements

• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records

• Utilize banking systems to document and manage customer interactions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to handle cash accurately and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow banking procedures and compliance standards
