Universal Employee

Responsible for opening, maintaining accounts and assessing member needs to recommend appropriate products/services. Assist members with all transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Will also work with certificates, IRAs, life insurance claims, and consumer lending. Must be able to multi-task, research for problem resolution and have a high comfort level in the use of computers.

Must be detailed oriented, along with excellent communication and great customer service skills. Lending experience preferred.
