What You’ll Do

As a Universal Member Agent, you’ll be the smiling face that members rely on. You’ll help them with:

• Everyday financial transactions
• Account opening and maintenance
• Consumer lending support
• Helping members discover the products and services Ripco offers.
• Providing professional, friendly support to members in person, over the phone, by email, and across all digital platforms.
• Building trusted relationships
• Work rotating Saturdays
