Unpaid Marketing Internship

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, growing online visibility, and creating content that connects with our audience. This role offers an opportunity to sharpen strategic thinking, develop advanced marketing techniques, and build a strong portfolio of measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and schedule social media content that aligns with brand voice and strategy
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports on engagement, reach, and conversions
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Support email marketing campaigns, including design, copywriting, and list management
• Contribute to website content updates and SEO optimization
• Collaborate with the team on creative campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Prior experience (academic, freelance, or professional) in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and marketing funnels is a plus
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Internship

Base Pay: $21.41 - $25.79 per hour
