Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upper Elementary Teacher located in Miramar, FL. The Upper Elementary Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, teaching upper elementary students, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth on a day-to-day basis. They will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members, and engage students in interactive and hands-on learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Teaching skills
• Expertise in Elementary Education and ability to adapt teaching methods
• Excellent Communication skills and collaboration with parents and staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Montessori certification is highly desirable
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Commitment to fostering environmentally-conscious and sustainable practices in education
