Upsale Specialist (Digital Marketing & AI Services)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend additional products or services
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly upselling and revenue targets
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and provide suitable solutions
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, upselling, or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer retention techniques

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per hour
