Key Responsibilities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend additional products or services
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly upselling and revenue targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
- Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, upselling, or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer retention techniques
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per hour
