Suite 100 is a locally owned and operated restaurant in South Anchorage offering approachable, modern, creative cuisine and cocktails. We host an upscale-casual atmosphere, creating a warm and welcoming place for locals to dine and drink. Hourly wage is $13.00 an hour plus tips.
About You:
- 3 years or more of experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is a must.
- Eager and positive attitude.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process payments and orders accurately.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by handling food properly and following sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including wine and spirits, to offer recommendations.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Strong desire to learn and dedication to constant improvement.
- Engaging, friendly personality and excellent people skills.
- Professional, punctual, dependable, and consistent.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well with a team - this is crucial, as everything we do is a team effort.
- Sense of urgency at all times while working.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience.
- Anchorage Food Handler's certification required.
- TAP Card-Training for Alcohol Professionals certification required.
- Must have flexible availability and ability to work weekends, holidays, etc.
- Evening shifts available.
