Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Upseller to maximize revenue from clients by identifying opportunities for additional services and upgrades or hunting new clients. This role requires strong communication skills, client understanding, and a consultative sales approach. Its a night shift and onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand evolving business needs
  • Pitch additional services such as app enhancements, new features, UI/UX upgrades, maintenance plans, or new projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly upselling targets

Monthly Target

$2,000 – $3,000 per month

Requirements

  • Proven experience in upselling, account management, or sales (IT/Software industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of web, mobile app, and digital services
  • Client-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly revenue targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal writing is a plus
