Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Upseller to maximize revenue from clients by identifying opportunities for additional services and upgrades or hunting new clients. This role requires strong communication skills, client understanding, and a consultative sales approach. Its a night shift and onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand evolving business needs
- Pitch additional services such as app enhancements, new features, UI/UX upgrades, maintenance plans, or new projects
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly upselling targets
Monthly Target
$2,000 – $3,000 per month
Requirements
- Proven experience in upselling, account management, or sales (IT/Software industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of web, mobile app, and digital services
- Client-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly revenue targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal writing is a plus
